2017 Municipal ElectionThe Advance Polls will be October 14, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. The 2017 Municipal Election will be held on October 16, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. One (1) Mayor and Four (4) Councillors will be elected for a four year term.
For Voters:A person is eligible to vote in the municipal election if the person is:
•is at least 18 years old;
•is a Canadian citizen;
•has resided in Alberta for the 6 consecutive months immediately preceding election day and the person’s place of residence is located in the area on election day; and
•one (1) piece of government issued identification.
